The 2000 North American Mission Study

We live in a fast changing world. Chances are no one had to tell you that.  But that simple observation is the foundation of this year's study. This year the study focus is on the field of media evangelism.  And what was true in this field yesterday does not necessarily hold true for tomorrow. Seizing that challenge, this years writers have served as journalists and prophets, writing with one foot in today's world and one eye on tomorrow's.

How can you and our church get involved in evangelism through media?  Maybe it's as simple as a web site with an easy to read map and clear instructions on how to get to Glenn Dale Baptist Church. Maybe its a five minute radio spot on a local secular station during the morning rush hour traffic.

This study is about planting seeds, and there are many ways to sow seeds on the airwaves, the printed page, and the Internet.  Let us take a look at what others have done, and consider what our Lord would have us to do!
